Back from National Service

Yeah, I am back :-)
It feels great to be home again from NS. First thing I did when I got home was to indulge in some much needed home food and sleep.

I got so much to write about my experiences in Kem Seri Perkasa (KSP) until I don't know how to start. Okay,
there are four companies in NS, namely Alpha, Bravo, Charlie and Delta. I am in Delta a.k.a. Pedang. By some twist of fate, I ended up being in the some company as Jia Hong, Kah Vong and Cheok Tung. I realized that there are a lot of us from Petaling Jaya in KSP. Allow me to list them out:

SMKDJ: Jeric, Jia Hong, Kah Vong, Cheok Tung, Neal, Marcus Pong, Kok Yang, Kah Wai, Kirsten, Kathleen, Raja Singam

SMKDU: Joel, Mark, Chon Kai, Zhi Young, Phebe, Denise

Sri KDU: Benjamin, Kevin
and a few more from SMKBU 3, etc.

The first two weeks were boring,
but things start to pick up after that.
We did kayak, rakit, tali rendah which were the highlights so far. The Character Building classes were such a drag. Half the time I find myself falling asleep in class.

There were inter-company competitions such as futsal, sepak takraw (for guys), netball (for girls), kayak and rakit. I was suppose to play futsal for my company but was *ahem* somehow forced to be a bench warmer only. I actually played sepak takraw in the inter-company competition because I am the only Chinese who knew how to play. In each sports competition, each company's team must comprise of the three main races of Malaysia.

Seriously, I got so much to write about. I guess talking about my experiences will be easier. I am kinda sleepy, anyway.
For now, I will let the pictures do the talking.
